My online access query

Donnika Nelson dealt with my online access query. I had managed to lock myself out when wanting to verify my account. Donnika was great in taking me through the stages step by step and stayed with me throughout. I was up and running in no time. Reviewed on: 11th August 2025

Wholly unacceptable poor service

Since I now have to re-submit a verification code to access my existing account, that code should be provided within 24 hours. Relying on Royal Mail, whose service is currently very poor and unreliable, not to say insecure, is completely unacceptable. It's your responsibility to provide the new verification code. If you insist on doing that by hardcopy, then it's up to you to carry the cost of a courier service. Reviewed on: 11th August 2025

Dysfunctional service

My inquiry was about being shut out of my account because the FBS still hadn't supplied the verification code for my login. Telling me to login in order to get a secure message was beyond insulting! Reviewed on: 9th August 2025

Outstanding Service

I had an urgent need to for documents in order to complete an house purchase. I requested these online and received them within 12 hours. Family Building Society cares for its customers and I highly recommend them, They are a Family Building Society. Reviewed on: 9th August 2025

Superb and highly efficient service as always....
