1st Class Service

During my recent telephone call I received all of the information that I needed to help me proceed. The advisor (Catherine Croucher) provided a very friendly, efficient service & was easy to deal with. Apart from above, Catherine went 'above & beyond' when early on in the tel call - the line was cut off (probably my mob). When she tried to call back & couldn't get through - she made a second attempt to call my alternative landline number (which must have been on record) & finally managed to re-connect with me. This was outstanding service & much appreciated. Reviewed on: 26th April 2025

We dealt with a very pleasant young man who went through security questions. However, my father is very elderly, and was finding it difficult to answer. We could have returned the questionnaire back but had not received an envelope so we had to phone. It would have been useful to have been aware of all of the questions eg national insurance number (which we could not find) beforehand. Otherwise, the gentleman was very kind and professional.
