Confused technophobic pensioner strikes again

I telephoned today as I couldn't find the option I needed online. I spoke to Lisa Adams, who was extremely helpful and polite. We shared a joke as my 'Alexa' decided to join the conversation!. Gill was amazingly helpful and patient..

Gill was amazingly helpful and patient and conveyed confidence and was upbeat and cheerful. In addition, her speech and diction was excellent, me having a hearing problem, which made my day. I am 91. I am now thankfully up and running online. Reviewed on: 18th August 2025
