I have cover for both my pets.

I have cover for both my pets. Not only is it great value for money but they pay back the claims very quickly, all done online. Costumer service is also fantastic where you don’t wait long to speak to someone and are super helpful! Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Contribution to out of hours consultation fee too low.

My dog had suspected stones in his bladder, unfortunately his symptoms showed on a Sunday and I had to take him to the 24/7 vet. The 24/7 vet has a high consulation fee (£207.50) and the Insurance Emporium have a very low contribution to emergency vet consultation fees (£90).I unsuccessfully queried why the Insurance Emporium contribution was so low, when the UK average for emergency consultation fees is circa £200. Great insurance company!

Great insurance company who have been easy to contact, fast with payments when making a claim and generally good all round. affordable monthly payments with good cover amounts for our horse who has needed various treatments this year. Very happy with service. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Best horse I surance!
