Very pleased with service provided and value for money

I have used the Insurance Emporium for years and unfortunately had to claim more than once on different horses. They are easy to deal with and paid out quickly. I also find them good value for money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

I had 3 dogs insured.

I had 3 dogs insured. All claims were always promptly paid and when one of my dogs died, the insurer contacted me on their own about cancelling the policy, so I didn't pay unnecesary fees. I've always had a very good experience with them! Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Been with The Insurance Emporium for a few years now...

Been with The Insurance Emporium for a few years now and they have handled my claims very well and with good communication. Unfortunately my ex race TB has enjoyed a few too many vet visits, but the insurance has always been handled easily and fairly. The only thing is that my premium for him has become unaffordable, but I still use the Insurance Emporium for my other horse. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

I worked at a vet practice who handled direct insurance claims, a lot of clients were insured with Emporium and we always received prompt payment and it was always easy to chase up any problems if there was any.
