Great customer service and quick payout

Great customer service and helpful staff. First time having to insure my horse and unfortunately had to claim for vet bills. Had no problems with them and they paid out extremely quickly Reviewed on: 9th July 2024

Overall very good

Brilliant service covering vet's bills

The Pet Emporium has been brilliant on helping me cover vet's bills ever since my Labradoodle, Lucy, was diagnosed with diabetes. The premiums are very reasonable and the settlement of claims is extremely quick. Reviewed on: 9th July 2024
