The Insurance Emporium gave me the best quote for lifetime cover on our grumpy cat when I first enquired. They have been consistently best value for the same cover so I have never moved. Fortunately never needed to claim but process looks straightforward. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Just insured our 3 legged cat

Just insured our 3 legged cat with Insurance Emporium. Really pleased how the company handled my call, there were no dramas regarding Bernard's missing leg and very happy with the competitive premium. Similarly it is reassuring to know that I only have to pay a flat excess rate and not a percentage of the vet fees. Reviewed on: 13th October 2023

Very happy with the service

Simple, easy and reasonably priced

I have continued to renew with the Insurance Emporium because it’s a simple process, I can pick what I want, it’s easy to do, and it’s still the best priced! Friendly, clear and concise, competitive.

I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Our experience with the 'big' pet insurance company was completely awful and after the first year we moved to The Insurance Emporium.
