Great service

Saved a fortune with pet insurance for my cat

I purchased pet insurance never thinking we would need it... How wrong were we. Our poor cat (Frank) caught a horrible cat flu as a kitten and had to be kept in the vets for a few days on fluids. We downloaded the forms for the vet to fill in, they sent it away and that was that. Someone called to double check everything was fine and we transferred the money very quickly. Unfortunately we have had to use the insurance a couple of times over the years as we have a very accident prone cat. The Insurance Emporium makes everything very easy and I havnt even considered swapping due to this. My mum got her cat covered too after seeing how easy everything was. Great insurance company

My dog has had to have two replacement hip operations with follow up medication and hydrotherapy treatments. Plus skin allergies and ear infections. Insurance Empirium have always processed the claims quickly and without questions. Policy cost has not risen significantly. Excellent service Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

We have been with Emporium with both our dogs. Sadly we lost one of our dogs at a young age following a short illness. The process was seamless and the staff were very empathetic. Everything was exactly as it was explained to me when I took the policy out and there were no nasty surprises when it came to claiming. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Top Insurer

No one ever has to think about relying on pet insurance, our dog is as close to a child as we will get, so when he went (temporarily) blind we were distraught. Referred to a top end vet for an MRI, Spinal Tap etc. we were so worried about costs and procedures having never claimed. Insurance Emporium were brilliant! Staff were clear about the process, reassuring, empathetic and efficient. They dealt with everything so all we had to do was worry about little Rolo. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
