Just what we needed!

Great Customer Service

I’ve had to make two claims this year for vet fees and the death of beloved family pets. On both occasions the team were thoughtful and helpful, giving me the advice I needed at an emotional time! Friendly and proactive

I phoned up as my credit card had expired for my renewal. They said as I was on the line would I like a 10% loyalty discount. I didn't prompt that with saying I was leaving, they volunteered the information. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Very Helpful
