I was skeptical as one of my dogs is 13 now and had history of arthritis. He took a turn for the worse and needed an MRI scan. Not only did they pay straight away they back dated his increased pain meds for the year aswell !! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Brilliant

If I have had payments bounce you will always give me a courtesy call to see what’s going on instead of just cancelling my insurance, coming from someone that has poor mental health and is not working, money is a bit of an issue, however when I have missed a payment there is always steps that can be taken to keep my insurance instead of it being cancelled, you are very fourth coming and understand that things happen. So far they have been great. I’ve not had need for a claim yet but what I’m covered for and the price that I’m paying, I feel comfortable with the knowledge that the Emporium will be helping my fur babies when they most need it. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
