Above and beyond

I’ve been with The Insurance Emporium for many years with various horses. They have always been so kind, helpful and reliable. Great price quality offering

Reasonably priced, easy to deal with

I have 3 lifetime pet policies with them and unfortunately have had to claim on one of them. However, Insurance Emporium were easy to deal with, and when I had a question about my claim, spoke with me on the phone to put my mind at ease. The response email was thoughtful and caring. Whilst I have seen an increase in my yearly charges, this is to be expected due to pet ages and the claim made and not more than any other insurance company I've used. Outstanding customer service

Our dog, just3 years old, suffered cruciate ligament problem and after much investigation it was decided she need a major operation and a metal plate. In her leg. Throughout the whole process ( quite worrying) the Insurance Emporium gave excellent support and explanation as to what was covered by our policy etc. She is now well on the way to recovery and the outlook is positive. Great company

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of using Pet Emporium Insurance on 2 occasions for my late dogs, what can I say about Pet Emporium Insurance is that they are a 100% genuine company with fantastic staff ready to assist in any way they can.
