Great. Supportive and easy to use!

Fast, efficient and friendly claims

We've had to make a number of claims for treatment to our 14-year-old lurcher, Honey, and there has never been a problem. It's extremely reassuring to know that The Insurance Emporium is there as a safety net for Honey and us. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Best pet Insurance company ever

We have been with Insurance Emporium for a number of years and insured out previous Yorkie and have our current one insured with them.We have highly recommended them to family and friends. When our Bella had to be put to sleep at nearly 14 we informed IE that she was no longer with us.A few days later we received a refund unexpectedly..Our Yorkie Mazey is 4 years old now and insured with I.E..On getting our new schedule we were shocked to see a couple of exclusions for the next year..On contacting our vet who confirmed Mazey had no such problems to warrant the exclusions I contacted I.E..After a few phonecalls and chats with really lovely people at I.E the exclusions have been lifted and I will happily renew my policy.Special thanks to Vicky who persevered and took our complaint to her managers.Together they looked through Mazey's previous medical history and agreed the exclusions were unjustified.. fantastic service! excellent!

My Pet dog Sultan is insured with the INSURANCE EMPORIUM. we had a couple of major accidents and the company did take care of Sultan immediately. They were so helpful and quick. Sympathetic and efficient

The team at insurance emporium were helpful, sympathetic and professional when my two elderly Labradors suffered deteriorating health. The claim forms were emailed quickly and easy to understand, with helpful notes. The claims were settled swiftly, with emails to explain the calculations and money transferred into my bank.
