Extremely friendly and helpful

I have used the Insurance Emporium for 2 cats who sadly passed aware and my current cat who became unwell a few weeks ago. Each time I have had to claim I have spoken with lovely members of staff who have been sympathetic and very helpful. The claims were quickly dealt with in the background which made very stressful situations much easier. Excellent service! Reviewed on: 12th October 2023

Reasonably priced with good payout and friendly helpfull staff

All ways a caring friendly voice at the end of the phone even though you can do nearly everything online they help politely. They are the most reasonably priced but still give comparable or better cover that there competitors. I have 3 animals insured with them and have had 4 others insured over the years. I have always compared their cover,price, and service but have never found a comparable service. Reviewed on: 12th October 2023
