Having looked at the details of your recent claim, we can see that we needed to request further information regarding your horse, including a vetting certificate. Without these requested items, we were unable to proceed with the assessment of your claim. Following receipt of the requested information, we needed your Vets to clarify some of the invoices. Once clarification was provided a settlement was duly raised. We are sorry if the claim took longer than was expected however we did email at regular intervals to confirm what was needed to proceed with your claim. We were unfortunate in experiencing a number of health problems in a new family pet shortly after they came to us. My girl Luna became very poorly so we rushed her to vet…. After all the investigation and treatment our finial bill was around £1500 we new we had insurance but you always worry there will be a loop hole and it’s doesn’t pay out. Well they did and it was very easy from start to finish. No hidden small print. We paid the excess and 5% of the bill as per our policy. Was very happy with the service.
