Reliable, honest company

Insurance Claim

The company were very proactive and easy to deal when settling our claim for our little puppy who required emergency treatment . The process of making the claim down to payment was well managed and the customer service team were excellent when dealing with any questions I had . All in all a fast class service and fully transparent- excellent and exactly what you need when dealing with the minefield of pet insurance ! Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

Reasonable price but be careful of small print

Had a £360 out of hours vet bill, insurance only gave me £56 back after excess and not covering the out of hours consultation fee. Will be looking for alternative providers. Reviewed on: 6th September 2023

Our policies will cover £90 of the out of hours fee if the condition is life threatening; out of hours fees are a surcharge for seeing the pet outside of usual hours. any fees for treatment would be considered under the terms of cover. So easy to set up!

Pet claim

After having a pet who was unwell over a weekend. The vets made the claim to the Insurance Emporium and within a few days the amount I could claim was paid direct to the vet. I was advised as soon as the company received the claim and they kept me informed of progress. Excellent service Reviewed on: 6th September 2023
