I have never needed to use my pet insurance before. My dog sadly died of heart failure. Emporium insurance has been brilliant. I still have insurance for my other dog. A bad situation turned into a hopeful one

This morning I thought there was no hope for my horse and was about to make the call to have her put to sleep as I simply could not afford her treatment. I called the Insurance Emporium and spoke to Rachel who was very professional, friendly and sympathetic towards the confusion with my policy. She has given me hope, although not guaranteed, that I can save my horse and I will be forever grateful that I got to speak to Rachel today, no matter the outcome. seemless renewal process for package needed

They offer a fair price for the package offered compared to others in the market. They are informative and customer service has been seemless with renewal. Have not made a substantial claim yet but are positive to get great support when needed. Reviewed on: 10th September 2023

Huge premium increase each year!

Every year with zero claims premium will go up 25/35% until you call to complain you will then get it reduced, where is loyalty, premiums need to kept as low as possible for loyal customers I have been with them 7 years. Not seen any loyalty benefits just increases Reviewed on: 10th September 2023

Premiums are calculated taking into account many factors, such as age, breed, location, increasing Vets Fees, and we do not rate on individual terms. We can at times offer a discretionary discount to a premium, however this is not guaranteed and is done as a goodwill gesture. Whilst we appreciate for some policyholders, a premium increase can be higher than expected, we are able to discuss changes to the policy such as a lower cover limit if applicable.
