Excellent Service

I had never heard of The Insurance Emporium but was recommended by a few people for my dog. Daniel was so helpful and knowledgeable. No help whatsoever

My dog had to visit the out of hours vets after a nasty accident - they did not pay the out of hours fee as they did not feel it was 'life endangering' how was I meant to know!? I just wanted to ensure my pet got seen too! Reviewed on: 5th September 2023

Very client/pet centred

I have always found The insurance emporium to be very quick at responding to claims and they answer the phone quickly with a friendly knowledgeable person on the other end. We have an elderly cat and claims are paid quickly with no questions and when our premium went up it was still reasonable even though our cat has a lifelong condition. Competitively priced

Pets insurance is difficult to negotiate as there are lots of packages; not all applicable. We chose a package that was clear, concise abd suited our needs, I did not include excess plus a percentage of the total, why would I choose an option with the payment I am expected at the end of treatment to pay, unclear? Quick and simple claims process

We have been unfortunate enough to have to claim on one of our pets policies recently for a large sum due to our dog needing intestinal blockage surgery. It was quick and simple and the money was sent directly to our vets within a few days. Nice to not have to worry about the cost and focus on helping our pet recover. Highly recommend! Already recommended

I’ve been with Insurance Emporium for a few years now. The annual premiums are very competitive. Equally, not once has I.E quizzed or quibbled a claim on one of my policies. I have three border collies and like anyone who has dog; love them to pieces. Pet Insurance was a no brainier and I am really pleased with the professional service that I have received from I.E. The times that I have needed to call them directly they’ve been extremely helpful and I haven’t felt patronised like I have with some of the competitors in the same field. The client portal is very user friendly and documents are readily accessible and downloadable. I cannot see any reason to change. I’m 110% happy. Reviewed on: 5th September 2023
