Very happy New customer

Everyone who dealt with my initial enquiry through to setting up the insurance cover for my three cats was friendly helpful and knew the product they were selling.The cost was lower than with my previous insurer for the same amount of cover. Excellent ongoing cover

Had pet insurance for a few years with the insurance emporium, thankfully not had to claim this year but in previous years claims have always been handled efficiently. I have spoke with customer service on numerous occasions over the last few months who have been very understanding & helpful. Will definitely recommend and renew my policy. Also best price around. Extremely Supportive

I've been with the Insurance Emporium for nearly 4 years, in that time I've opened up 3 policies for my 3 dogs. throughout the years I've had BOAS removal, Dental surgery, Broken paws, and spinal issues with multiple physio therapy. So far the insurance emporium has covered it all and saved me literally £1000's. If it wasn't for the company I would of taken out multiple loans for my dogs, the £250 hydro therapy to every policy was a nice touch to. in comparison to other policies the insurance emporium is in a league of their own. customer service is also spot on, every time I've had an issue with a claim or needed changes, wait times are low (next to none) and the service is always met with professionalism and curtesy well done The Insurance Emporium and thank you Reviewed on: 4th September 2023
