Affordable Insurance that offers great cover

I have both my horse and horse trailer insured with E&L Insurance Emporium. They offer competitive premiums and you can design you cover to fit your individual needs. Staff are also always very helpful. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Trouble free from the start

Within a few weeks of taking out cover on our dogs, one fell ill with a gastric problem. There was no thought of not having cover because of the short time, just helpful guidance to get us through a traumatic period. Six years on and the same dog needed treatment, between the vet and the insurers everything was handled - stress free. Cost increases have been minimal, even coming down in one case. My daughter had always used them to cover her dogs, cats and horses and it was on her recommendation that we sought a quote. Best thing we ever did. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Fantastic Pet Insurance provider

My 6 year old dog has had a run of bad health. He has had an operation in his back leg. Treatment on his eyes. And most recently he has a CT scan and operation and insurance Emporium paid for every treatment. Fast and efficiently and professionally. I recommend them to all my friends . Great insurance with fair prices and easy claim process

Insurance Emporium has always treat me like a real customer, their claim process is very easy, they are prompt on replying an paying claims and they keep a fair price without crazy increases from year to year, hands down the best pet insurance I've had; and there have been a few! They were there to help at a difficult time

When my little best , my dog Ozzy got sick and developed cancer he had to have tests and from that , had an operation. Unfortunately the illness was too far advanced and my Ozzy didn’t make it. As you can imagine these treatments are very expensive and if it wasn’t for the insurance emporium there was no way we could afford the vet bills. It was very straight forward to claim and there were no intrusive phone calls or trying to get out of paying out on the claim. That is only one reason why I have my other dog insured with the insurance emporium and will continue to do so Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Reliable and trustworthy

My puppy had an accident and damaged his growth plate when he was only 3 months old. We've been through a really hard time and multiple surgeries to ensure his leg grows correctly. His leg is now healed so nicely you would not even know. All this was made possible by insurance emporium's pet lifetime policy, which covered almost 95% of the total costs! service wonderful

Great service and reasonable cost

Our little Shih tzu puppy had a scarey incident where he couldn't breath. We rushed him yo the vets and he had to have an operation to help him. The Insurance Emporium dealt with our claim and settled the claiming a short time and were very sympathetic. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023
