They are always there when we need them

My husky has asthma and the insurance Emporium has supported us all the way from the initial testing and analysis to diagnosis and then post diagnosis. It’s great to have an insurance company that gives you peace of mind in times of crisis. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Good Renewal price

My renewal price was almost the same as the year before. I looked at other insurance companies but all were either same or more. Easy to renew. When I renew for my other cats with other companies it's always a big increase. My cat had treatment + anaesthetic, claim accepted, no problems. Easy to arrange. Recommended by friends and vet

I went to Insurance Emporium when I realised my first pet policy with another company had many exclusions. Our daughter and someone else recommended IE, and when registering our pet at the vet, our vet said IE was one of the easiest to deal with. Pet owners need to have confidence in their insurers. Straightforward and friendly service

The company are efficient and the process of communicating with them is simple and the staff very helpful and friendly. We have insure two cats with them for a number of years now and when we did have a health problem that needed emergency treatment, the claim was dealt with promptly. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023

Brilliant and reliable

Made a claim last year when my horse was diagnosed with cushings disease. I was worried about how I would afford the vets bills. Horse Emporium were really supportive and made the process quick and easy, putting through my claim and paying the vet directly. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2023
