Knowledgeable, caring, speedy

To have peace of mind in the knowledge that when an emergency crops up, you're covered and can tell the vet to just go ahead, is golden. The Insurance Emporium team was very professional upon contact and very caring. Their legal team was just as brilliant at chasing down a third party and recovering my entire expenses after an incident.
