Great pet insurance at a good price

When our dog needed a serious operation on her back The Insurance Emporium were great and actually paid out more that we had thought we would be able to claim. A very nice surprise - clearly not your usual insurance company! Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

There when you need them

You spend years on insurance and listening to horror stories from pet owners, leaving you wondering if insurance is worth the investment. In our experience, IT DEFINITELY IS. Our Newfoundland couldn't shake his ear infection. It became inflamed and sore and his temperament began to change. Over a 6 month period, Emporium funded consultants, scans, swabs and bespoke medication. We avoided disruptive surgery and he's now back to his happy chappie self. Empathy Emporium!

I have insurance with this company for my poochon Teddy. I also used this company for my first dog Rico who passed away . He was poorly and needed an operation. The Insurance Emporium were quick to emphasise and were very courteous yet professional over the phone. I was financially stressed so worried about the bills. They really helped me out financially, nevertheless the kind words meant more. The reassurance helped me get through a very difficult time.
