Helped to save my cats life

When my cat started showing really strange symptoms that needed a lot of care, the insurance plan took care of everything. I have had another policy with another company for my dog that used every trick to get out of paying cof my valid claim. Insurance emporium just did what they said they would. Consistency and great value

I’ve been with Insurance Emporium for 3 years now. I have 3 dogs registered with them. They offered me a very good package at an affordable rate which is why I continue to stay with them. They also gave me a good discount on multiple pets. Great value and they consistently have the best overall package Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

I have continued my policy for 3 years due to 'best value' even with it being inclusive of a recent claim

I have continued my policy for 3 years due to 'best value' even with it being inclusive of a recent claim. My dog got one of the notorious 2023 grass seeds in his ear due to local councils not mowing the common ground grass and, due to it touching his eardrum, it was a difficult (and expensive) surgery yet, upon renewal for the 2023/2024 policy, Insurance Emporium did not try to bump up the policy price and it only went up a small amount, well under the cost of inflation. I will, therefore, continue the policy. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

I'd highly recommend the insurance emporium for animal insurance. When I needed to make a claim for an injury my horse got, there was no hesitation from the IE on having it all sorted. They're also very efficient on getting any ammendments made to your policy as soon as needed. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Puts the assurance in Pet insurance

We’ve been with the Insurance Emporium for over 6 years since we got our first dog. Unfortunately he’s had a few problems but we have always been able to get the best treatment for him because of the insurance Emporium. They have always coveted us for everything and we feel confident in their service, at fantastic value too. We have since got a second dog and continue to have excellent service from the Insurance emporium. I always recommend the insurance emporium to family and friends with pets as they are excellent value and fantastic customer care. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023
