Easy website and claims process

I have been a little unfortunate in that I had a kitten who passed away from a neurological disorder and a second kitten with an ongoing urinary problem. On all occasions communication with insurance emporium has been pretty easy and stress free and they have paid what is due in a timely manner. My cat is doing much better now and we have a younger kitten who is thriving but I know if I need them, the insurance emporium are here to help. Thank you so much Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Good customer support throughout our claim experience, and insurance paid as expected with no issues

Our dog had an injury which was caused by my wife throwing a ball up the garden, and my poor dog injured herself on my cement mixer, and she required stitches. The total cost was over £500, which was totally unexpected. The insurance paid out, which was a great relief too us both. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023
