We have 3 horses insured now with insurance Emporium and have recently unfortunately had to claim for vets fees. Insurance Emporium dealt with our claim swiftly and without any fuss making a stressful time much less stressful! Thank you Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Reliable fast payment

We regularly claim for vet fees for our dog who has epilepsy. Imperium are great at letting us know when they have received the claim and also a breakdown of what is to be paid and when. It's always quick with no fuss. Highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 20th August 2023

Efficient when needed

Outstanding company

I have my horses and dogs with insurance emporium and they have always been amazing. My horse was poorly for along time and without an issue they paid on my claim also with my pony when she ha her accident. If I ever had any problems they would take my call and talk me through everything step by step ad have always been friendly and helpful and professional. I would recommend them to everyone.
