Easy, quick, reliable

We chose the Insurance Emporium for pet insurance when we got our kitten and really glad we did. He had a health complication early last year which meant lots of vet bills. However the claim process was very easy and we received the claim very quickly! Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Friendly and efficient

Whenever I have a question or need to update my policy they are always hot off the mark responding to whatever I throw there way. I have dealt with other insurers in the past where things can drag on for a long time but these guys are always communicative and answer all my questions in a lovely understandable way. Top Quality Pet Insurance

Excellent service that is always quick and efficient. Good value for money and the portal is really easy to use when needing to look up my pets documents. I'd never claimed on a policy before a few months ago and everything went really smoothly and was sorted out quickly and without a fuss. Brilliant pet insurers

Refuse to move

I have been with Emporium for 3 years now for my 2 dogs insurance. I have not found a more accomodating service. Very competitive price, great communication when due to renew and easy process. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023
