Best pet insurance

You don't know how good your insurance is until you make a claim - Insurance Emporium were phenomenal !

We sadly had to make several claims when our dog became seriously ill, and The Insurance Emporium were so helpful. They dealt with everything promptly and sympathetically, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process very easy and straightforward. They didn't quibble over any of the vets receipts, and bent over backwards to ensure we claimed the full amount our policy allowed. Wouldn't go anywhere else for either of our dogs. Quick to process claims

Very good experience with this insurer for my pet insurance. Each time so far I have contacted this insurer, they are prompt to respond and for any claims I have made they gave replied to say received and respond within the time frame. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Very good service

I insured my fairly young cat with the Insurance Emporium a few years ago. This year he had a fairly serious issue that required exploration. There was good communication and no quibbling about paying for the treatment. I'm quite happy with the service I've received. Reviewed on: 31st July 2023

Polite, easy to deal with and no quibbling!

I changed my pet insurance to The Insurance Emporium last year and made a claim following an issue with Ronnie (my dog's) shoulder. They were so easy to deal with, so polite and (unlike so many insurers) paid the vets with, what felt like, a smile on their faces. Very impressed and I do recommend them to my friends.
