Reliable

Best value pet insurance

Unfortunate claim

My dog had a very unlucky experience where by he got stabbed at the back of with a stick. He had to have special xrays which wasn't cheep as vet fees these days are beyond belief! I've never had to claim before so was very nervous doing so but I could not afford not too claim. I could not fault pet emporium, they were easy to contact by phone and email with no waiting time. All information was also available from their website which ment you didn't need to make contact. The whole experience was so straight forward. Reviewed on: 27th September 2022
