I have found this company great to work with. When my horse had a complicated injury, the Insurance Emporium were very understanding and proactive in helping with my claim. They are also a company that my vet and dentist are happy to liase with which makes any issues so much easier to deal with. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Helpful and Quick!

I have insured my dogs with Pet Emporium for the last six years. Sadly and unexpectedly we lost one dog in 2020. I never once heard from Pet Emporium because they dealt directly with our vetinary practice; one less thing to worry about when I was grieving! Reassuring cover and support when needed.

Helpful Staff

I have been using The Pet Emporium for several years during which time I have unfortunately had to call on the policy when my dog became ill and subsequently died. It is very hard to loose a pet however I found the courtesy and efficiency of the Emporium staff during this time excellent and they did everything to ensure that no added aguish was placed on me during this time. I am happy to say I still have two large dogs and when I renew the polices find the staff both helpful and efficient. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
