Helpful and Quick!

I have insured my dogs with Pet Emporium for the last six years. Sadly and unexpectedly we lost one dog in 2020. I never once heard from Pet Emporium because they dealt directly with our vetinary practice; one less thing to worry about when I was grieving! Reassuring cover and support when needed.

Helpful Staff

I have been using The Pet Emporium for several years during which time I have unfortunately had to call on the policy when my dog became ill and subsequently died. It is very hard to loose a pet however I found the courtesy and efficiency of the Emporium staff during this time excellent and they did everything to ensure that no added aguish was placed on me during this time. I am happy to say I still have two large dogs and when I renew the polices find the staff both helpful and efficient. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Informative,quick, happy

I had 2 claims go through the them. Acknowledgments on receipt of claim from the vet, again to say it was being dealt with and finally to let me know when I'd receive the money in my account. Very quick. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022
