My dog required investigation an treatment for an acute illness, after completing a claim form, my claim was processed in a really short time. Knowing I had insurance took the stress out of the whole situation. Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

Claim settled quickly

The claim I had to make was accepted with no issues and paid in accordance with the policy very promptly. I was impressed. The customer service has always ben very good but it is when one needs to claim that the real quality shows! I am very happy with Pet Emporium Reviewed on: 26th September 2022

I have been using this company to insure my horses for many years. They have always been easy to contact and communicate with.
