Compassionate and great value service

After losing my pet recently, I contacted the Insurance Emporium a week after to tell them the news of my pet. They were really supportive and helpful and arranged and discount on my annual insurance quickly and without any additional steps I needed to complete. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Long time customer

Nothings an issue with this company

We insured our little cavachon as a puppy,and not lo g after she developed an allergy,and had to have a monthly injection for life.and after 5yrs they paid majority of the costs without a quibble,as it happens we thought better of the injections,to I guess the disappointment of greedy vets,and now just give her half a Puriton.,but as I said they pay with a small 5% on each claim and an initiall excess amount of which I cannot remember each year on 1st claim of that period.but there excess is lower than all we looked into on getting our puppy. I have recommended them now to countless people who have gone on board with this great insurer.we will stay with them.till the enevatable happens. Reviewed on: 24th September 2022

Excellent worry free service

My dog needed surgery for bilateral luxating patella, whilst worrying about my dog I didn’t have to worry about the cost of treatment as the surgery and insurance company dealt with it. One less thing to worry about whilst my dog was recovering. My dog, was also attacked by another dog recently, she had injuries that needed surgery, again the veterinary practice and The insurance emporium dealt with the financial side and I was able to concentrate on my dogs recovery.
