No value for money

Unfortunately my puppy has suffered issues (none genetic or predisposed) and I have paid over £3000. Claiming on insurance I have received less than my premium back. Not sure why I got insurance. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

Efficient, reliable and supportive

Efficient when dealing with claims or information and very friendly and helpful on the phone. I had never put in a claim before and they took me through the whole process step by step. When reviewing my renewal they were happy to look where savings could be made whilst not losing important cover for my horse. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024
