Always recommend

I’m always recommending insurance emporium to other pet owners. We’ve had our three dogs and two horses insured by them for years and the premiums go down instead of up at renewal! Reviewed on: 23rd September 2022

Value for money

Good quality insurance at affordable prices. Yes not all things are covered but I've had 3 dogs insured with them all with major health conditions and they haven't quibbled about paying out for anything that's included in my policy. Amazing first class service

I have been with the insurance emporium for 5 years now, I have had zero issues with them as an insurance provider , they are always really helpful when I contact them with any queries and my claims are sorted in a timely manner . The insurance emporiums customer service is by far the best I have ever had from an insurance provider and any business for that matter , the staff are a huge asset to the company and I have no plans to change provider ever , I will continue to use them . The service is first class and second to none it’s absolutely amazing. You won’t be disappointed. Best Pet Insurance

Emporium have been amazing insurers for our much loved and now slightly ageing Airedale. After years of good health he was in need of a lot of attention from our vets. All through the process of each appointment and treatment for him Emporium have always been there for us and most importantly our pet dog. Outstanding customer service.
