First time making a claim

Found everyone very helpful and willing to explain the processes clearly. Reviewed on: 23rd September 2021

Good but need to be more transparent with fees

Good service, they answer the phone and are polite, the only issue I have is that I made a claim but they weren't clear when I signed up for the insurance that there was a cap on hospital fees so my claim was lower than expected. Reviewed on: 22nd September 2021

Excellent Insurance company
