Excellent buy

Have had the pet insurance for over three years now and always found it good value. It was straight forward when we claimed and it didn't effect the primiums to much. All in all I would definitely recommend. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020

Fast and easy to claim

Our Newfoundland puppy developed cherry eye in both eyes. The Insurance Emporium’s claim process was easy to understand, and they paid very quickly. I also love the website - it’s so user friendly, and easy to see the different insurance products you have. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020

Quick and efficient

Sadly my dog needed to see the vet for his treatment and medication. Then we had to make a claim. The insurance emporium's paperwork was easy to complete and the claim was handled efficiently throughout with regular communication. We had an added complication as we had recently moved and were using a different vet . Insurance emporium contacted our previous vet and handled the claim as quickly as possible. I was also pleased to see that the quote we were given for this year had only slightly increased, despite our claim. I have therefore stayed with the Insurance Emporium and would recommend them. Great value, friendly and proactive communication and deal with claims quickly

I have had policies with The Insurance Emporium with 4 cats, one of whom sadly died and The Insurance Emporium were helpful and sympathetic. When I made a claim for my injured cat, they dealt with it quickly and it was hassle free. I have found them to be great value for money and they are very responsive to communication. Excellent cover for older pet.

The Insurance Emporium has offered the best cover available for my elderly cat. They cover things most companies won't cover when a pet is older. Not only that our premium was less this year than last. Service has always been good when I have contacted them. Really happy with them. Reviewed on: 29th August 2020
