Friendly, understanding and very helpful

After owning our first horse for only 4 weeks when he was kicked in the field and broke his leg, I was so stressed with not knowing how to deal with insurance claims, my claim was were simply after calling emporium my mind was put at ease, so much so that we bought a second horse now and used the same company for her insurance too, great, friendly, helpful service would definitely recommend Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

Best insurance company I ever used

Very quick and painless claim

Had to take one of our dogs to a specialist vet who didn’t deal direct with our insurance company so I had to pay up front. The Insurance Emporium dealt with the claim really quickly so I wasn’t out of pocket long Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

Poor

Excess was expected obviously but for a claim on a puppy of 4 months old to have several hundreds of pounds not reimbursed when you are told each single claim is up to a certain amount. Would not recommend and this was not the cheapest either Reviewed on: 11th August 2020

Fair dealings

After a worrying time with our dog needing two surgical procedures in quick succession we were pleased with the fair payment of costs and the fact that our renewal premium was not hiked astronomically as we have experienced with other main stream insurers.
