When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great service!

I found the Insurance Emporium through an insurance compare website a year or so ago. Recently I’ve had to put through a claim for my pet on two separate occasions, I always felt comfortable to call up the team and knew they would answer my questions swiftly! Fast dealt with claim, friendly service

I recently took out insurance with the Emporium and unfortunately had to make a claim only 2 weeks after taking out the policy! Phoned up and asked how I put in a claim and spoke to a very helpful, friendly man on the phone. My forms were filled out by me and sent of buy the Vets and I received my money about a week after placing the claim - this is very fast for an insurance company and exactly why we take out insurance in the first place. value for money and no stress

we had been struggling to find affordable insurance for our 13 year old cavalier king charles but found the insurance emporium and have not looked back.We recently had to make a claim and it was handled with speed and efficiency.I have had to make 3 phone calls in the last year and everyone I spoke to was polite and helpful.I would recommend the company to anyone looking for pet insurance that is affordable and offers value for money Reviewed on: 3rd August 2020
