OK but vet suspicious of company as they are slow payer

My three year old cat got run over and amongst other injuries had his jaw broken and had some vision problems. The local vet tried to patch him up, but realised it was too serious for them and reccomened that we have him seen by a specialist vet hospital. Luckily I had paid for a reasonably high level of annual cover ('Palladium Level' I think), as in the end, most of it got used up. On the plus side, The Insurance Emporium paid out for pretty much the whole amount I was claiming (they rejected one or two trivial things), and they paid me within a few weeks. On the minus side, the specialist said that since The Insurance Emporium was involved, they needed me to pay them up front, and claim back from The Insurance Emporium, as they said they had had problems getting prompt payment from them in the past. The bill was something like 4000 quid, so not something most people can just hand over and hope to be paid later, on the other hand, as I said, they did pay within a couple of weeks, and they did pay almost all of it. Excellent support & customer care when needed

My dog Bella has had to have two cruciate ligament opperations and a heart ultrasound this year. The Insurance Emporium supported me throughout all of the treatments with excellent customer service & financial payment. This made this stressful time so much more bearable. thank you Emporium! My dog has cancer and you have been so helpful!

My dog has had broken teeth this year and now also has a diagnosis of cancer. I can't tell you how kind and helpful everyone I have spoken to at the Insurance Emporium has been. So kind and friendly, giving me exactly the information i needed but with warmth and good wishes. The cost of the insurance is so reasonable rated against the payments back and the service. A great insurance provider

The team has always been very helpful. They dealt with our case very sensitively. Unfortunately our cat of 16 years passed this year but before his passing a number of surgeries, investigations needed to be done. It was a very stressful time for our family but they were there and helped us through the process. Most items were covered anything which wasn’t was clearly stated in our policy. We know we did everything in Rocky’s case and The Insurance Emporium helped to make that possible. I’m grateful for the great customer service and smooth process of the claims service.
