peace of mind

my household has 4 furry friends insured with these policies. After doing online searches (and past bad experiences with another company) I thought this sounded like a well priced and thorough policy. Having had to claim for my cat's tail injury I was pleased and relieved with the easy claims process and speedy turnaround of being reimbursed for the vet bill. I am a firm believer in pet insurance - who wants to be faced with that impossible choice between beloved pet and money? Reviewed on: 31st July 2020

Good Service

We've received a good service from The Insurance Emporium so far. We've needed to make two claims in the past two years (one for each of our cats), which they handled efficiantly. We unfortunately lost one of our cats resulting in one of the claims. It was a shame that this was not noted on their files as we were contacted some time later regarding that pet and had to explain that she had passed away, which was upsetting.
