Friendly updates

Not had to deal with the insurance emporium personally, however my pet insurance is with them. As I’ve not had to deal with them I could easily forget who my provider is! The friendly updates keep them on my radar which is very useful. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Easy to do & good customer service

The process of setting up the insurance was very straightforward, I really like that you can pick and choose what cover you require and that it was all done online. I also found their customer service was extremely helpful when I was swapping from an existing policy to a new one. Wonderful Service

My kitty got very sick not long after I switched to The Insurance Emporium (they quote was far cheaper than my renewal with PetPlan), and they were asolute marvellous! Working with the vets to do direct claims, as his treatment was very expensive. They made a very stressful situation much easier. Would highly recommend Reviewed on: 30th July 2020
