the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Fantastic insurer

Good communication, a bit of paperwork

My insurance is with a horse. The insurance is easy to get hold of and quick to help e.g. send claim forms. It is a bit annoying that you have to fill In a claim form every time even if it is for the same injury. It is also a shame they don’t offer life long insurance. It’s good to know to tick transport if you don’t have your own and to keep your excess low. Both is worth it if you have a claim. Reviewed on: 30th July 2020

Faith restored in insurance by Mr Benn

Most efficient, clear, easy and friendly insurance company ever. Obviously run by legendary Mr Benn. Vet continuously lost paperwork but Mr Benn kept us on task. Paid out claim instantly. Wow!
