No quibble response

I had an acknowledgement of my claim within 48 hours and settlement of it a couple of weeks later without any problems. A satisfactory and straightforward experience. Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Great service

After being with direct line for our pet Duke, we found emporium extremely good value. Shortly after joining Duke became very ill and need a lot of treatment, emporium came up trumps with no hesitation, dealt with our vet direct reducing all the stress during his recovery. Although Duke is no longer with us due to another illness again emporium came up trumps, I will not hesitate to use them again when we introduce our new dog to the family Reviewed on: 10th July 2020

Fantastic service

I made a claim for an operation my dog had. The claim was dealt with speedily all the way through, from a confirmation of receipt of claim on the day it was sent by the vets, through to an email a few days later detailing payment of claim and then payment a few days later. This is the second time we've had to claim from them and the process has been smooth and stress free both times. Reviewed on: 8th July 2020
