When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Outstanding service

Our dog got very ill quickly, at a worrying time all we had to do was put details on a form the vet filled in their side and the claim form was emailed in. It was paid quickly and with no problems. Which made it easy for us to concentrate on our dog and not worry about how we were going to pay for the. Try fees to make her better. Well done the insurance emporium. Reviewed on: 1st July 2020

I was nervous about taking out insurance with a company that I'd never heard of but in the last 2 years I've had to make two claims and on both occasions, they were handled efficiently and without quibble so I would have no hesitation in using again or recommending. Reviewed on: 1st July 2020

Complete rip off

I took out this insurance for older dogs. Don’t bother you still do not get cover d for the important things like euthanasia cremation. You may as well pay £20 per month from a different company and receive the same outcome. Very disappointed Reviewed on: 29th June 2020
