the Insurance Emporium there is no issues

When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Incredibly easy!

My claim on my pet insurance was incredibly easy and straight forward. I was able to do a direct claim via my vet so all I needed to do was fill in a page of paperwork and my vets/emporium did the rest! Which was great as this meant I could focus on the recovery of my pet. They email you with regular updates and contact you once the claim has been successful. Hopefully I won’t need to claim in the future but I feel at ease by this experience if I do need to again. Thanks! Reviewed on: 27th August 2019

Excellent service

My dog had to have an operation on his leg, I claimed on my insurance. It was all sorted in 1 phone call, forms sent out directly.,no quibbles just an email to say about payment going in to my bank. Great company, great communication, great value for money

I have 2 old dogs insured with you and get great value for money. Alot of other companies penalise the older dog and premiums can rise, but not with the Insurance Emporium. I have recommended to lots of my friends. Reviewed on: 25th August 2019
