When dealing with the Insurance Emporium there is no issues with covering the costs of our dog Jack's treatment. Which is not the most expensive but we know it is genuinely covered. Reviewed on: 10th July 2024

Great company

Was with insurance emporium for 2 years and found them very efficient. The only reason I have left is because I had to say goodbye to my dog so didnt need it anymore. My final claim was dealt with with such sensitivity so would highly recommend them. Reviewed on: 5th August 2019

QUICK NO NONSENSE SETTLEMENT

Good price and simple claim process

It was our first time claiming on our pet insurance policy (unfortunately!). The claim process was very straight forward and the repayment process was very prompt. Friendly knowledgeable affordable

Tired of ever rising pet insurance I looked around and found The Insurance Emporium- thank goodness! The policy is top notch and totally comparable to my old one costing 30% more!! Affordable and reliable pet insurance

I have two dogs insured and claimed regularly for one as they have cancer. These guys have paid out with no worries at all, and are quick to respond to queries too. Would highly recommend them.
