First Class Customer Service

I had transferred from one vet’s practice to another within the same group. Somewhere in between, my dog’s history was lost which meant I couldn’t provide a full 3 years history. Claims advisors couldn't be more helpful ensuring I understood the policy and making sure I claimed everything I was entitled to. Online portal easy to use and claims dealt with quickly. Appreciated the regular email contact to let me know how my claim was progressing. Fast and effective

Good value and good service
