Claims advisors couldn't be more helpful ensuring I understood the policy and making sure I claimed everything I was entitled to. Online portal easy to use and claims dealt with quickly. Appreciated the regular email contact to let me know how my claim was progressing. Fast and effective

Regular and quick email updates took stress out of a large claim I had to make at a time when I was upset over whether my dog Albert would fully recover from surgery..... there was no red tape or multiple calls for updates needed... and the bonus is my albert is going really well and has a happy calm mummy to aid his rehab Reviewed on: 29th July 2019
