Excellent service

Never having claimed for pet insurance and paid for over 13 years I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speed of my 1st and recent claim. People say its how the claim process runs that sorts out the wheat from the chaff and this is when you actually realise how good a insurance company actually is. Excellent value insurance

I'm very happy with Insurance emporium. The product was the best value we could find and the recent claims process was easy, though I did need to find my pets vaccination history from the time before I purchased him which was an understandable request. First Class Customer Service

I had transferred from one vet’s practice to another within the same group. Somewhere in between, my dog’s history was lost which meant I couldn’t provide a full 3 years history.
