Above and Beyond

I recently had to make a claim for my dog who was a little under the weather! We claimed on the insurance and filled out a very simple form and returned it. The Insurance Emporium were fantastic and regularly kept me updated with how the claim was going through, even getting in touch with multiple vets due to us moving house during the year! Never having claimed for pet insurance and paid for over 13 years I can honestly say I was pleasantly surprised by the ease and speed of my 1st and recent claim. People say its how the claim process runs that sorts out the wheat from the chaff and this is when you actually realise how good a insurance company actually is.
