First-rate, friendly, prompt and efficient service

We have insured our two Dalmatians with The Insurance Emporium and other associated companies within the group for a number of years but have never, until recently, had occasion to submit a claim. One of our dogs damaged her dew claw which became infected and had to be surgically removed. The claims process was extremely straightforward with a an easy-to-complete form downloaded from the website. We were contacted very quickly after submitting the claim to say that it would be settled, and we were even offered the choice of settlement by cheque or electronic bank transfer. A supplementary claim was similarly and effectively managed. The company's agents were polite and efficient, and I would certainly recommend the company to others looking for great value insurance cover for their pets. Reviewed on: 26th July 2019

Very Efficient

The claim process was really easy. I was sent a claim form without delay with many of the details completed for me. I received acknowledgment of my claim within 48 hours and received my claim within just a few days. Completely hassle free and efficient. Reviewed on: 26th July 2019

Great service

Informative as sent emails on the process of making a claim. I was always told to not trust any pet insurers other than pet plan but I have now told some friends that they should go with yourselves as our elderly dog has life cover which was hard to get as well as that you have been great when dealing with our claim, especially as we were under stress Reviewed on: 25th July 2019
