Friendly and reliable pet insurance company

I had to claim for a major operation for my dog, it was easy to claim and it was paid out quickly. whenever I have called up to speak with a member of the team they have always been exceptionally polite and helpful. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

Great Service- we have a senior cat who unfortunately is now in need of treatment. THe Insurance Emporium have been so good with the claims. My only issue was that you have to split the conditions on each claim, they will not accept the one detailed invoice from our vets. Once sorted payments received with 10/14 days.
