I had to claim for my dogs back surgery and they paid out within a relatively good time scale however there were many ‘maximum limits’ on various bits on the vet bill - for example a scan was £600 but they covered up to £300 and seeing a specialist consultant was covered up to X amount but costs more etc. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024

An honest pre claim review

The Customer Service is very helpful in explaining the various policies, and the forms are very easy to deal with, so signing up to a policy is super easy. However, preclaim review the proof of how good an insurance company is how they deal with claims. Fortunately I have not had to make a claim so I feel that any review I make is incomplete and there not really valid. Reviewed on: 25th July 2024
